WinXP gets the job done efficiently and reliably thus it works .. My point is that Windows XP costs the same as Windows 7. Linux from 2001 costs the same as Linux from 2010. Granted one costs money and the other is free. NOBODY uses desktop Linux from 2001 because it was pretty awful back then.
